Returns and exchanges

You may examine and try the jewellery as you would in a shop. Return it complete and securely protected, in its original packaging where possible. Missing original packaging does not remove the right to withdraw. A deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond reasonable examination.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on the requested item being available. Your right to withdraw remains unaffected.

You pay direct return costs when exercising your right to withdraw. For a fulfilment error or a defect covered by the legal guarantee, Lexie Lota covers the applicable costs.

For a valid withdrawal, we refund within 14 calendar days of your notification using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the items or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. Initial standard delivery charges are refunded; the surcharge for a more expensive delivery method is not.

Notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery at contact@lexielota.com, quoting your order number. You then have a further 14 days from that notification to send the items back. See the refund policy for applicable conditions and exceptions.
