Returns and exchanges
At Lexie Lota, we want every carefully crafted piece of jewelry to find the person it's meant for.
But if the magic doesn't happen right away, no stress: you have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
In accordance with European law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To be accepted, the jewelry must be:
- Unworn
- In perfect condition
- Wherever possible, in its original packaging to ensure its protection during transport.
- Without traces of wear, perfume, cream or makeup
- With all its possible accessories
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use beyond reasonable testing may be subject to a deduction from the reimbursed amount, in accordance with current regulations.
If you would like another stone, size, or model, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on stock availability.
Exchanges are also possible within 14 days.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective product, in which case Lexie Lota will cover the return costs.
Once the jewelry is received and verified, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days in accordance with current regulations, via the same payment method used for the order.
