Depending on the model, this plating typically ranges from 1 to 2 microns, offering an ideal balance of shine, durability, and delicacy.

Depending on the piece, the gilding varies between 0.5 and 2 microns:

Gilding lifespan

With normal use, the gilding retains its luster for 12 to 24 months, often longer with good care.

The rule is simple:

a loved piece of jewelry lasts a long time.

To preserve their shine:

• avoid water, perfumes, creams and chemical products,
• remove the jewelry for sleeping, washing, swimming or exercising,
• store in a dry, closed pouch,
• gently wipe after wearing.

Yes. If the magic doesn't happen at first sight, you have 14 days to change your mind.
The jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless we made an error in preparing your order).

Yes, if the desired model is available.
Exchanges follow the same 14-day period.

Contact us via the Contact page within 14 days of receipt.
Once your request is accepted, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

Upon receipt and inspection of the jewelry, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, via the same payment method.

In Belgium, a 2-year legal warranty covers conformity defects present before use.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear,
• oxidation due to water (shower, sea, swimming pool),
• household products, perfumes, creams and oils,
• shocks, snags or twists,
• jewelry worn while sleeping, exercising or swimming.

Let's be honest: jewelry that has been in the bathroom, the sea, or with a mop... that's not a defect, it's an adventure it wasn't supposed to experience.
