Deliveries and lead times

Orders are dispatched from Belgium. Preparation usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Add this handling time to the transit times below.

Pickup-point or locker delivery and home delivery are offered according to the destination and available services. Delivery methods, carriers and charges for your address are shown at checkout before payment. For pickup-point delivery, follow the selection instructions provided for that delivery method.

After dispatch: approximately 3–5 business days for Belgium and France, and 5–8 business days for other supported European destinations.

Including preparation, allow approximately 4–8 business days for Belgium and France, and 6–11 business days for other destinations. Estimates may vary with the carrier, public holidays and busy periods.

Charges depend on your address, basket and selected delivery method. The applicable amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Pickup-point or locker delivery is free from €119 for eligible destinations. Home delivery remains chargeable. The offer and rate applicable to your basket are confirmed at checkout before payment.

After dispatch, tracking details are emailed as soon as they are available. The carrier may need some time to update tracking.

We deliver to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Poland, subject to services available for the address entered. Available options are displayed at checkout.
