Each Lexie Lota jewel is prepared with the utmost care from our workshop in Belgium. Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

All Lexie Lota orders are shipped via Mondial Relay, a trusted partner specializing in delivery to relay points.

During checkout, you can select the relay point that suits you from those offered by Mondial Relay.

After your order has been prepared, delivery times are generally as follows:

• Belgium: approximately 3 to 5 business days
  
• France: approximately 3 to 5 business days
  
• Other European destinations: approximately 5 to 8 business days
  

These times are indicative and may vary slightly during peak periods.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the destination country. The exact amount is displayed before you finalize your order.

Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €119.

As soon as your order is handed over to Mondial Relay, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking information so that you can track its progress to your relay point.

Lexie Lota currently ships her creations to Belgium, France, and several other European countries.
