Warranty Policy

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from the date of delivery. If you notice a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after its discovery.

It covers defects that do not result from the use of the jewelry, for example:

• defective clasp,
• open or poorly soldered chain or ring,
• unset element without shock or traction,
• obviously unstable setting.

After diagnosis, a repair or replacement will be offered. If these solutions are impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or refund may be granted in accordance with applicable law.

We invite you to inspect your jewelry upon receipt and to report any anomaly to us promptly. This recommendation does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear (micro-scratches, rubbing, tarnishing),
• oxidation or alteration due to water, sea, swimming pool, chlorine, perfume, cream, chemicals, perspiration,
• shocks, drops, twists, pulls,
• any modification or repair by a third party,
• loss or theft,
• individual skin reactions.

Plating: even in 18K, the durability of the plating depends on rubbing and lifestyle. Progressive wear of the plating does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Natural stones may have inclusions, veins, shades, and variations: these characteristics do not constitute a defect.

All requests are to be made via the Contact page, including:

• order number,
• clear photo/video,
• description of the problem.

A response will be provided within 2 to 5 business days.

If a return is requested, the item must be sent back protected and in its original condition. Insufficient packaging that could damage the jewelry during transport may void the return.

In the event of a confirmed defect, Lexie Lota will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To preserve the finish: avoid water/perfume/creams, remove before sports/sleep, store away from humidity, clean with a soft, dry cloth.
